After considering the concept of working together for a number of years, Marc and his father decided to make it happen in 2005. Marc specializes in the office sector of the commercial real estate industry, negotiating commercial purchase and sale transactions as well as representing tenants and landlords in commercial lease transactions.
Marc brings with him a background in investment management and financial planning from a career with the Wachovia Wealth Management Group, where he was part of a team-based approach to providing financial solutions to high net worth individuals.
Marc has enjoyed involvement in various community organizations including the Heart of Florida United Way and Special Olympics, and he currently serves on the Downtown Orlando Partnership Volunteer Board of Directors. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and was a scholarship swimmer. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida . In March of 2005, he attained the designation of Certified Financial Planner ®. |

Tom Cook has an extensive commercial real estate background built upon a foundation of integrity, quality and hard work. For the past thirteen years Tom’s brokerage efforts have been an integral part of the revitalization of downtown Orlando’s Central Business District, where he has represented some of central Florida’s most prominent developers, investors and tenants. Tom has negotiated transactions for many of downtown Orlando’s flagship buildings, including the Angebilt, the Plaza, and the Cornerstone to name a few.
Prior to establishing Tom Cook Commercial, Tom was a top producer and manager with Carter & Associates and formerly served as an Asset Manager for Great Western Bank’s Florida real estate portfolio.
Tom has earned the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. He is also an avid supporter of the downtown Orlando arts community and the Downtown Orlando Partnership. |
